BA Rapid Assess is a baseline and gap analysis tool used by organisations around the world to help understand where they are today in terms of competency as a group and identify where each individual within the group is particularly strong or in need of assistance.

BA Rapid Assess can be implemented immediately within any organisation in any industry where business analysis is a required.

BA Rapid Assess can be used to assess any number of candidates ranging from 5 to 500 or more. Each assessment takes approximately 1.5 hours to complete. Results are made available to the candidate online immediately and reports are returned to the organisation within 24-48 hours.

Once all individual assessments are completed PPG produces a corporate report summarising the group results and breaks the data down providing management with multiple views of the data at the different layers.

The web-based assessment is a two part assessment:

  1. Knowledge Assessment
    The knowledge assessment consists of 65 multiple choice questions that assesses knowledge of accepted Project Management terminology and concepts - based on the International Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (IIBABoK Guide v1.6) and the PMBoK® Guide.
  2. Competency Assessment
    The competency assessment is an assessment of the use of Business Analysis and Project Management practices. There are two options of the BA Rapid Assess. The first is suitable for BA’s working in a project environment and/or are interested in making project management a development path. The second is a pure BA assessment for those seeking to make Business Analysis their career path. Both assessments are suitable for
