Project Performance Group specialise in Competency Assessments. We offer a range of assessment tools for project management, business analysis and organisational specific topics. The suite of PPG tools has been developed and tested in conjunction with the University of Technology Sydney under the guidance of Dr Lynn Crawford. These assessment tools are used by organisations to provide:
- A baseline of their current knowledge and skill (competency) levels
- A Gap Analysis of the Competency for each individual
- A Gap Analysis of the Competency for the group as a whole
- Professional development action plans for gap reduction for each individual as well as the organisation as a whole
- The basis for a roadmap to develop organisational training programmes
- Development plans to assist individuals to prepare for formal accreditation
- GAPPS Endorsed Global Project Manager Certification
- National qualifications for Project Management (Cert IV, Diploma & Advanced Diploma)
- Professional recognition through the Australian Institute of Project Management
- Ongoing measurement of currency of knowledge and competence for compliance and audit purposes
PPG is a registered training organisation (RTO) with VETAB [include hyper-link here] for conducting assessment and issuing qualifications for Certificate IV in Project Management, Diploma of Project Management and Advanced Diploma of Project Management. Our unique assessment programme uses a combination of online assessment, face-to-face interviews and portfolio's of evidence review to accredit those individuals who are demonstrating competence in the workplace with a national qualification.
